This session highlights a successful enterprise-wide, systematic rollout of Microsoft SharePoint. Come learn how the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services branch of DHS has expanded their Enterprise Collaboration Network (ECN), built on SharePoint, to 10K users and growing in 10 months. In order to gain true collaboration and improve productivity, any new technology needs to be used properly. By using proven techniques, this session will demonstrate how USCIS successfully encourages users to learn a new way of working, advances user adoption and fosters innovation.

- Attendee will learn best practices in initiating and maturing enterprise SharePoint implementations
- Help attendees identify where they are in the enterprise adoption process and determine what steps are needed to move forward with a SharePoint implementation
- Gain an understanding of the “art of the possible” with a successful SharePoint enterprise implementation. Specific KM highlights will be given from the USCIS/DHS Enterprise Collaboration Network (ECN) implementation
